Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer AUD$9.95 flat rate Standard Shipping to Australia.
Estimated delivery 3 to 7 business days, after order dispatched.

Express Domestic Shipping
If you would like your order processed with priority, please select Express Shipping at checkout. Express orders will be dispatched by the business day. Express Post fees will be calculated at checkout and will vary, based on the items you order. These costs are dependent on factors such as size, weight and location of delivery. Changing the items in your cart may affect the postage and handling fees for your order.

International Shipping
We offer NZD$17.95 flat rate to New Zealand. 

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fetch@thesavvypet.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

The Savvy Pet Co accept no liability for lost, damaged or stolen parcels. We are not liable for details incorrectly entered by the customer at time of purchase, resulting in non-delivery
